With 12 points on their closest opponents the Butte Motors team has secured a strong lead in the Picture Butte Seniors Golf League.
With 110 points the team is holding on to first place for yet another week with Quintus Financial/Ray Reid in second with 98 and G and E Insurance in third with 97 points. Simpson Plumbing has 92, College Ford Lincoln has 86, McDonald Nissan has 78, Spring Butte Dairy has 69 and The Tire Shop has 50 points.
In last Thursday’s action Stan Brecka and John Keast each posted 39 for low gross while Bernie Schikowsky had low net with a 29. Low team net was G and E Insurance with a 58 from Brecka, Wes Brower, Grant McAlister and Keith Gabriel.
In last Tuesday’s round Bob Young posted both low gross and low net with a 39 and 32 respectively. Low team net was McDonald Nissan with a 63 from Frank Fay, Ken Purdue, Jack Irvine and Young.
