Brody Prete running for Coalhurst council

Brody Prete was born and raised in Southern Alberta and has been married for 20 years. He is a proud father of four beautiful daughters and has over 25 years of coaching experience with children aged 4 to 18 in sports including rugby, soccer, football, and basketball. He has been chair of School Council, contributing countless volunteer hours within the schools over the past 19 Years. 

Prete has been a proud resident of Coalhurst for the past 15 years and is a facilities manager at a large non-profit organization, overseeing various projects both large and small, and actively participating on numerous committees while negotiating with vendors and stakeholders for procurement and operational tasks. 

He is vice-chair of LCBC Basketball and is a member of the Southern Alberta Subdivision Appeal Board. 

As councillor Prete wants to address the community’s needs and concerns, establish clear goals for future development initiatives, support local businesses to enhance economic vitality and foster community engagement through open communication and participatory decision-making processes.
