Davis interim CAO in ‘Butte

As one of the last council motions of 2014, Picture Butte town council has appointed Keith Davis as interim chief administrative officer (CAO).

Davis is currently the director of operations but with the departure of CAO Mike Derricott, who has taken on the position of CAO in Edson, the town has begun the process of looking for a new CAO.

In his role as acting CAO, Davis will also serve as the acting development officer for the town. 

Council, by motion, also removed Derricott as signing authority for the town as of the end of December and named Davis as a signing authority.
