No clowning around this Halloween at Palliser schools

In light of current events regarding clown costumes, as reported in many North American media and social media reports, local schools – in conjunction with Palliser Regional Schools -has decided to ban clown costumes this Halloween.

A local Palliser school, in an e-mail, apologized for the short notice but the decision was made with the best interests of children in mind.
