Christ child named Emmanuel

Nowhere in history have we heard of a Christ child who was born of Mary, a son who was named Emmanuel (Isaiah 7:14). A voice cries out in the desert when John the Baptist became the herald for Our Lord Jesus Christ, to announce his coming. Are you ready (Luke 12:40)? Yes. Lydia and I are ready, we read the Bible, pray the Rosary, and recite the Chaplet of the Divine Mercy daily. There are times I was depressed but after continuous prayer I felt great afterwards. 

The other night I dreamt of my former neighbour who rented my farm, and we ended up in a heated argument that happened many years ago. In my dream, I was relieved when I visited William in his home; everywhere the atmosphere was white. I kept thinking that God may be asking me to pray for him so we can show forgiveness. We included him in our prayers that same day for the continued repose of his soul. “Love your neighbour as yourself” is the 2nd Commandment. This is why Jesus was born, died, rose on the third day and ascended into heaven.
