Feed storage barn fire north of Broxburn Business Park

At 1:40 a.m. on Oct. 15, fire crews from Lethbridge and Coaldale were called to a feed storage barn fire on Township Road 9-2, north of Broxburn Business Park.
There were no injuries or loss of life, including livestock.
Crews remained on scene until approximately 11:30 a.m.
The fire is contained and continues to burn underneath the collapsed metal roof and walls. The fire will continue to be monitored.
Once it is safe to enter, fire investigators will be on scene to seek the cause and origin of the fire. Some machinery was lost, but the monetary loss is unknown at this time.
